Brand & Identity Execution:
Need a brand foundation before we begin the Design Phase. Should discuss options/strategy/vendors.
What, Why, & How:
What is the purpose of PFH, what does it do/offer?
- Build a community of founders who are building technology and tools/products to fulfill the mission of Polygon: to build the next value layer of the internet (enables unified liquidity and infinite scalability).
- We offer access to capital, resources, coworking space, networking opportunities, education/knowledge, quality builders, alumni/OGs, researchers, community, connection, Polygon ecosystem capabilities, etc.
Why are you creating PFH?
- To create the cultural fabric of the ecosystem
- Polygon needs cool people and more builders to accelerate to their ultimate vision
- Bringing together like-minded people on a similar journey/struggle to make the builder/founder experience more exciting and fruitful (adventure vs work)
- Token goes up
How will PFH succeed and what makes it different from other similar creator spaces?
- Our success is by helping network builders succeed
- Create connection, strong foundations, and organic loyalty regardless of market cycles
- We’re different because we aren’t promising anything besides space, connection, and knowledge (we remove the money focused incentives to weed out $ focused teams)
- Build an evaluation metric for web3 success/positive trends
